Late Arrivals - We strive to maintain a punctual schedule. All appointments have a 15-minute “grace period” that is set aside if you are running a few minutes late. However late arrivals that exceed 15 minutes, will need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show. Cancellations - Cancellations less than 24 hours, will be charged 50% of the service cost. No shows - Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice results in a “no show” fee of 100% of the service cost.
